Matt Puleo, PA-C, MMS received his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in 1997.  He received his Master of Medical Science degree from Midwestern University in 2003 to become a Physician Assistant.

He is board certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants , and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
